We see the Commercial functions as an interconnected system that has to be fine tuned to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. While every company has its own magic in branding, communications, tone of voice, an effective strategy requires structured approach and metrics support. At Demkovitz Consulting we deliver that through three Commercial pillars: Strategy, Operations and Talent.
We provide both project-based work as well as services as Fractional CCO (Chief Commercial Officer). We work directly with the Board or Executive Team to effectively and carefully drive and manage change in your organisation.
Profile of Clients We Consult
Based on our experience and track record, we are best suited to work with B2B Commercial Teams across various industries that meet the following criteria.
1. A high-growth startup/scale-up at Series B or later.
2. An SMB (ideally within PE portfolio) with up to 200 employees and/or £/€ 100MM annual revenue, with plans to scale and introduce structured processes. This includes family businesses with the plans of succession.
3. Individual business units within large corporate structures (up to 300 team members).

Commercial Strategy
We will work with the Executive Team and Commercial Leadership to define Commercial Strategy, including both Marketing and Sales activities, market analysis and the most suitable GTM approach. We take pride in defining and implementing Business Development projects introducing new value proposition to the market, often establishing companies as leaders and unlocking significant revenue entitlement. We also leverage our experience and research to provide framework for budgeting the activities in the most effective to way to maximise the short- and long-term return on investment.

We focus not only on the conceptual solution that is tailored to your needs but also on the practical implementation that is used by the employees to achieve their goals.
